Shipping Information
Shipments of meat and frozen products
Meat products and frozen products (1) are sent frozen with ice bags and protective material. You will receive such orders slightly thawed or still frozen.
(1) Categories under meat Lamb meat, beef meat, veal, chicken meat, hamburgers, doner kebab, frozen products (frozen)
Consignments of sausages, wienerli, cervelat, salami (under categories meat miscellaneous)
These products will be shipped with ice bags if necessary.
Other products are shipped with usual packaging.
If you choose the “advance bank transfer” payment option, your order will only be shipped once we have received your bank transfer.
When will you receive your order?
Orders received from Monday to Thursday by 1:00 p.m. can usually be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Fridays by 1:00 p.m. can usually be shipped the same day (for chilled products or frozen products only with Swiss Post Express). Weekend orders can be shipped on Monday at the earliest.

Please note the shipping options depending on speed and weight when placing your order. Custom fees are not included in the shipment fees.

Minimum order is 10 CHF.
